DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
All sales are final. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your product arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, we offer a full refund under one strict condition:

A clear video of the unboxing must be recorded at the moment of opening the package, and sent to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

If no video is provided, or if the request is made after the 48-hour window, no refund will be issued.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Yes. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
However, this request does not guarantee cancellation, as we process orders quickly.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel and refund your purchase.
If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
